TASTING NOTES
The nose has an interesting bouquet of sweet berry, slightly jammy,
gamey and somewhat floral nuance. The mouth feel is
medium to light with good structure and slightly elevated acidity and very pleasant medium to long finish. The
judicious use of new oak barrels keeps the wine pure and balanced and very attractive for light dishes and
Mediterranean type appetizers. The wine will age well for 3-5 years.
