The spacious Sala del Leone Events Center is a versatile room for any décor, with sponged golden walls and olive trees that suggest a garden feeling indoors. The arched French doors invite guests to enjoy breathtaking views of lush green vineyards and surrounding mountains. Add good food, good friends and good wine to complete the design of your unforgettable wedding day at Trentadue Winery. Our professional staff is ready to assist you with every detail.

CAPACITY: The winery can accommodate up to 250 guests indoors and up to 500 guests outdoors in areas adjacent to the Event Center.

AVAILABILITY: Daily between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., year round, excluding holidays.

FEES & DEPOSITS: A $4,000 partially refundable deposit and signed contract are required to reserve your date. The remaining rental fee, plus a $750 refundable security deposit are required 30 days before the event. Fees are based on the number in attendance and the time of year. Event overtime is available at $500/hour. Ceremony Fee is an additional $500. Additional set up time is available at $100/hour. Fees outlined are based on cash payment. Credit card payments will incur a surcharge of 3% to 4%.

MONDAY - THURSDAY: $1500 discount (High and Low Seasons)

INCLUDED: Use of Garden Arbors, Lawns and Sala del Leone Events Center; Five hours event time; Three hours for set up preparations; Dinner Tables & Chairs; Set-up, Break-down and Clean-up; Dressing Rooms for Ladies and Gentlemen; a two hour planning meeting with a Winery Special Event Coordinator; a Winery Special Events Coordinator will be present at your event. If a ceremony is planned, a rehearsal time of one hour is permitted at a time that is subject to the winery schedule. Additional fees apply for extended meeting time or rehearsal time.

CATERING: Choose from one of three premier Sonoma County Catering firms who specialize in providing services for clients of Trentadue Winery. Contact each caterer directly to discuss menus and pricing. Caterers are charged a Facility Kitchen Use Fee of $2/per person. A $100 flat fee is charged if the Winery BBQ is used. We recommend that the selection of the caterer be made as soon as possible after confirming your event date to guarantee availability with the company of your choice:

WINE & BEVERAGES: Choose from a selection of Trentadue wines, champagne and ports. Wine is purchased prior to the event. Case discounts will be applied. Only Trentadue wines may be served at events. Beer is permitted, provided by the Winery and charged on consumption. Approval for a full liquor bar is a possibility depending on area of property being used. Additional fees and policies will be applied. A selection of non-alcoholic beverages is provided by the Winery at an additional fee per person. Sales tax is applied to all beverages. Alcohol service must end at least fifteen minutes before the conclusion of the event.

INSURANCE: $500,000 liability policy is required.

MUSIC: Amplified music is allowed, subject to approval by winery and acceptable volume level. There is a stage and dance area in the Garden Arbors and a dance area in the building. Music must end by 10:00 p.m.
