Chocolate Amore Cocktails

Enjoy our Chocolate Amore Port in a new way with these fun, creative cocktails!

Chocolate Silk PB&J

Created by Lauren at PG Fine Wines & Will at Point 57

1.5 oz Screwball Bourbon
1 oz Chocolate Amore
1 oz cream
drop or two of Chambord (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well until combined.
Pour over ice in a martini glass.

The Amore Holiday Bomb

2 oz Chocolate Amore Port
2 oz Cranberry Juice
2 oz Club Soda (add additional ounce for a more carbonated taste)
1/4 tsp Lime Juice
Optional Garnish: 1 sprig of rosemary, cranberries

Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
Using a funnel or pouring carefully, pour into a fillable round ornament.
Put a handful of cranberries in the bottom of a martini glass (optional) then add the cocktail-filled ornament for carrying.
Garnish martini glass with a sprig of rosemary, if desired.

Chocolate Cherry Tart

1.5 oz Chocolate Amore
1 oz Tart Cherry Juice
Top with Black Cherry Hard Seltzer

Pour over ice in a wine glass or highball glass.
Fill the rest of the glass with Black Cherry Hard Seltzer.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Chocolate Old Fashioned

1 oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon
2 oz Chocolate Amore
1/2 oz Triple Sec

Combine in cocktail shaker with ice.
Garnish with a Luxardo cherry.

Double Chocolate Amore

2 oz Chocolate Amore
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Creme de Cacao

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Strain into a chilled martini glass, with optional chocolate drizzle.

Chocolate Raspberry Amore

2 oz Chocolate Amore Port
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur 

Combine in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Strain into coupe glass and garnish with a fresh raspberry.

Orange Amore Twist

2 oz Chocolate Amore Port
1 oz Vodka
1 oz orange liqueur (Grand Marnier or Cointreau preferred)
1 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur 

Combine in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with an orange twist.

Amore & Amaro

1 dash Angostura bitters
1/2 oz Amaro (Amaro Ramazzotti preferred)
1 oz Rye Whiskey (Redwood Empire Emerald Giant Rye preferred)
1 1/2 oz Chocolate Amore

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and add ice.
Stir then strain into a Nick & Nora, or small coupe glass.
Garnish with a cherry.

In Due Time

2 dashes Chocolate Bitters (Fee Bros. Aztec Chocolate Bitters preferred)
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Aged Rum (Ron Barcelo Dorado preferred)
1 1/2 oz Chocolate Amore
IPA to top

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice.
Shake then strain into a highball glass with hic and a half salt rim.
Top with your favorite IPA.
Garnish with lemon wedge and purple viola.

For the Win

Pinch of Salt
1/2 oz Agave Syrup
1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Mezcal (La Luna Cupreata preferred)
1 oz Chocolate Amore

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice.
Shake an strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with dehydrated lime wedge.
